Prior to forming the practice,
Sara-Jane and Brendan were Senior Directors at BNP Paribas Real Estate having sold their business, NAI Fuller Peiser, to them in October 2006.

Sara-Jane and Brendan have worked throughout the North West, the UK and Europe on behalf of local North West property owners, as well as major clients including Bombardier Transportation UK Ltd, Peel Holdings PLC, Rockware Glass, Air Products Ltd.

They bring many years of experience of working with the Corporate sector, but with a hands on, single point of contact for individual or corporate clients

Being an independent practice enables them to form 'best in class' teams in areas such as professional work (rating, valuation, rent reviews), building consultancy and investment.

Preston O'Herlihy have been appointed as the North West representatives of NAI Global, which gives unprecedented access to a National and International network.
